Returns

If one of our tools breaks for any reason, any time, for any one - we will replace it. Doesn't matter if you are the original owner, how long ago you bought it, or where you reside. One of the many benefits of the modular design is there is no need to send your tool in for broken components. Just pay shipping and we will send a replacement piece directly to you - this saves weeks of back and forth shipping/processing times. We accept returns of unused tools within 14 days of delivery, minus any shipping costs paid for by GOAT Tools and an 18% repacking/stocking fee
